ALUMAC has the expertise and the facilities to offer a wide range of aluminium profile products and services to cater to any requirement. Every service we provide is executed in the right processes to ensure you get the satisfied products.

Aluminium extrusion is ALUMAC’s core competency – it is our specialty. We take special pride of this fact by constantly maintaining and upgrading our extrusion presses and auxiliaries to cater to the customized profile requirements of our clients. Our 1800 US Ton, 1460 US Ton and 600 US Ton processes allow us to extrude 7”, 6” and 4” aluminium profiles to Aluminium Association (AA) standards. If required, even tighter tolerances are also possible upon discussion.
Capabilities
01
Max profile size: 170mm max CCD for hollow profiles, 230mm max for flat bars02
Ageing oven length capacity up to 12 meters03
Billet type 1050A, 1070, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6082 and other variances
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a slightly thicker layer of oxide that occurs naturally. This provides protection against mechanical wear and corrosion while at the same time being aesthetically pleasing.
Environmentally safe and superior corrosion resistance with German additives
At ALUMAC we use Alufinish, a chemical which is imported directly from Germany for our anodizing process to give a consistent surface finish. It is compliant with RoHS and REACH requirements, meaning it is non-toxic to the work force, end user as well as the environment.
In addition, we also use the Long-Life Etching method to carry out a layered etch-bath prior to the anodizing process. This ensures uniform etching and results in long lasting, corrosion resistant aluminium profiles that pass the Salt Spray Test.
Capabilities
01
Able to produce surface thickness of 6, 10, 15 and 20 microns with a seal test compliance of ASTM B136-8402
Able to anodize lengths up to 6.4 meters03
Colour includes Natural / Clear, Light Bronze, Medium Bronze and Black
Metallic anodizing is a premium type of surface finishing that perfectly integrates shotblasting and anodizing. It is widely used for industrial aluminium profiles that require a high standard of finishing.
In this single process, the profile undergoes shotblasting first, which is a dry mechanical process to effectively remove all die lines, pressure lines, water stain marks, handling defects and other surface imperfections. The shotblasted profile then immediately undergoes dedicated anodizing processes, resulting in a premium fine matt surface.
Capabilities
01
Effectively improve surface imperfections02
Durable surface finishing03
Colours include Metallic Natural, Light Bronze, Medium Light Bronze & Metallic Black
A thermal break is a feature designed for heat insulation. A nylon strip is placed between two pieces of aluminium profiles in order to reduce thermal energy and noise. It is widely used for air handling unit (AHU) profiles and in the cold room industry where excellent thermal efficiency is required.
Capabilities
01
Insertion of a perpendicular thermal break.

02
Insertion of a parallel thermal break.

At ALUMAC, we are capable of producing precise cuts with tolerances up to +/- 0.30mm consistently. We have invested in quality cutting machineries including single mitre saws, double mitre saws & angular saws and trained our operators to enable precision cutting and ensure the highest quality output for our clients.
